Requirements:
- Responsibility and willingness to work.
- Accuracy and conscientiousness.
- Computer skills, including MS Office programs, and experience with the Enova system is a plus.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Your responsibilities:
- Issuing and sending invoices.
- Verifying invoices from contractors and entering them into the Enova system.
- Posting payments in the Enova program and settling invoices.
- Liaising with contractors regarding accounting matters (invoices, payments).
