Fair wages that are paid on time
Our remuneration system enrols among the others weekly advance payments and attractive bonuses thanks to which we reward the most engaged employees.
Accommodation
We guarantee our employees accommodation in a single-family house, rented completely for members of the Berrytrade team, approx. 2,5 km away from our pack station and less than a kilometer from the nearest subway station. The house is fully equipped and adjusted for comfortable living. A big plus is also its garden where we organise company barbecues.
Transport to work and a warm meal
A designated driver drives our employees from their house straight to the workplace. It takes less than 5 minutes to commute to our pack station. Our tradition is to serve warm and tasty meals during the lunch break.
What is outstanding about our house in Marki
- Well-kept and equipped rooms with 4 or 6 beds, wardrobes, windows and ventilation,
- Three fully equipped bathrooms with showers and bathtubs,
- Two kitchens equipped with fridges, washing machine, electric cookers, dining space with big tables and chairs,

- A cozy living room with a chimney, TV and a chill-out zone,

- Quiet neighbourhood, 5 km away from our packing facility, 2 km to M1 shopping mall,
- Two separate entrances in case the quarantine is needed,
We work eagerly with hardworking and conscientious people, focused on self-development and willing to help us grow our business. Over the years we’ve built a trusted team, in which we can count on ourselves. For contact with foreign employees (mostly from Ukraine) a team leader has been appointed, who speaks Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
